We recently heard from one of our customers, Erin A. from San Francisco, who is putting her pegboard to good use as a jewelry organizer in her home. For Erin, she had grown tired of constantly fishing for earrings and tangled necklaces in a jewelry box. For a while, she tried using a corkboard and thumbtacks, but the tacks kept falling out of the corks, and she’d find her earrings on the floor of the closet.
Finally, she tried using a Wallpeg standard 24″ x 24″ pegboard as a solution to her problems with jewerly organization and storage. In addition to the 2-pack of boards, she purchased 100 “J-shape” pegboard hooks and she was off and running. Upon receiving her pegboard and hooks from Wallpeg (via free shipping as always!), Erin used a drill to screw the pegboards into the back of her closet door. She then used the easy-locking plastic j-hooks to place earring and necklace holders in staggered rows throughout the board.
“I really like your boards and hooks because while the plastic hooks fasten very securely to the board, they are a lot safer to use with delicate jewelry and are much less likely to damage anything,” reports Erin.
Well, we think our pegboards make a pretty great jewelry organizer too!, Erin from San Francisco. In appreciation of her feedback, we’ve sent Erin a $25 off coupon for her next purchase from Wallpeg.
